  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 6 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie dish.

  3. In a medium bowl, combine the smoked salmon, Gruyere cheese, and fresh dill. Spread this mixture evenly over the pie crust.

  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the smoked salmon mixture in the pie crust.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.

  6. Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before serving. Slice and enjoy!
