- 4 cups frozen hash browns
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced cooked ham
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish with non-stick cooking spray.

In a bowl, combine the frozen hash browns with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of the prepared pie dish to form a crust.
