  • 16 oz sweet potatoes, (2 large pcs), cut into wedges
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Mix together salt, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon in a small bowl.

  3. Combine the sweet potatoes and oil in a mixing bowl. Toss to coat.

  4. Season the potatoes with the spice mixture and toss to coat evenly.

  5. Transfer these to a baking sheet and arrange.

  6. Place potatoes in the oven for 40 minutes, flipping them once, until golden brown and tender.

  7. Serve hot with preferred dipping sauce and garnish with ½ tablespoon of parsley.
