- 1medium potatoes,yukon gold or russet, washed and dried
- 1tspolive oil
- ⅛tspkosher salt
- ⅛tspgarlic powder
- fresh cracked black pepper,to taste
- parmesan cheese,grated, optional

Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F.

Cut the potato lengthwise into ¼-inch thin slices, then cut each slice into ¼-inch fries.
