How To Make Waffle Fry Nachos

These waffle fry nachos combine two favorite snack foods in one. Crispy potatoes are smothered with cheese, pico de gallo, avocado, and sour cream.

Ingredients

  • 20ozAlexia Seasoned Waffle Cut Fries
  • cupscheddar cheese,shredded
  • 1cupfresh pico de gallo,excess liquid drained off
  • 1medium avocado,peeled, seeded and diced
  • ½cupblack olives,sliced
  • ¼cupsour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with foil and coat with cooking spray.

  2. Place the waffle fries in a single layer on the pan. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.

  3. Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the waffle fries with cheese. Place the pan back in the oven for another 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese has melted.

  4. Take the pan out of the oven and transfer the fries to a serving plate. Top with pico de gallo, avocado, olives and sour cream. Serve immediately.
