How To Make French Fries with Truffle Oil

Grab a bite of these crispy french fries for your next afternoon snack! They’re coated in tasteful truffle oil, and takes only under an hour to make.

Total: 50 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 1lbpotatoes,or more to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper,to taste
  • 1tbspwhite truffle oil,or to taste
  • 2tspfresh parsley,chopped, or more to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

  3. Spread the potato strips evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Spray the potatoes with cooking spray, then season them with salt and pepper.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until potatoes are tender.

  6. Cool for 5 minutes.

  7. Transfer the fries to a large bowl, then add the truffle oil, parsley, and salt to the fries. Toss to coat.

  8. Serve, and enjoy!
