How To Make Jicama Fries
These jicama fries are oven-baked and are therefore a great alternative to the usual fatty fries. They’re perfectly seasoned with spices and olive oil.

Ingredients
- 2largejicama
- 2tbspolive oil
- ½tspgarlic powder
- ½tspseasoned salt
- ½tspblack pepper
- ½tspchili powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Peel jicama and cut into ‘fries’. Boil for 10 to 12 minutes.

Drain and dab dry. Toss with remaining ingredients.

Place on a parchment-lined pan and bake for 20 minutes.

Flip and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until golden

Serve warm with ranch or aioli.
