How To Make Beef Shawarma Fries
Our loaded shawarma fries makes an excellent snack to munch on! It’s topped with seasoned beef and flavorings for a hearty potato treat.

Ingredients
For Beef Shawarma:
- 1lbflank steak
- 1tbsptahini
- 1tbspyogurt
- 1tspsalt
- ½tspblack pepper
- 1tsppaprika
- 1tspgarlic powder
- 1tsponion powder
- 1tspcumin
- 1½tsp7 spice
- 1dashcinnamon
- 1tbspsumac
For Tahini Yogurt Sauce:
- 2tbsptahini
- 2tbspyogurt
- salt,to taste
- lemon,to taste
- ¼cupwater
To Serve:
- 4frozen french fries,or large russet potatoes, fried
- onion,rubbed with sumac for garnish
- pickled turnips,for garnish
- parsley,for garnish
Instructions
Beef Shawarma:

Cut the steak into thin slices, about 3-inches in length.

Add the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, 7 spice, cinnamon, sumac, tahini and yogurt, then mix.

Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Tahini Yogurt Sauce:

Mix the yogurt, tahini, salt, lemon and water in a bowl. Set aside.
To Assemble:

Cook the steak for 8 minutes with 2 tablespoons of oil on medium high.

Add the fries, beef, sumac rubbed onions, turnips and sauce in a plate.

Serve with parsley, and enjoy!
