How To Make Avocado Fries with Lime Dipping Sauce

Make a healthier and lighter alternative to french fries by making these avocado fries! It’s a quick and easy dish with a smooth and creamy texture.

  • 8ozavocados,pitted and cut into 16 wedges
  • 1large egg,lightly beaten
  • ¾cuppanko breadcrumbs
  • tsplime chili seasoning salt

For the Lime Dipping Sauce:

  • ¼cup0% Greek yogurt
  • 3tbsplight mayonnaise
  • 2tspfresh lime juice
  • ½tsplime chili seasoning salt
  • tspkosher salt


  1. Preheat the air-fryer at 390 degrees F.

  2. Place egg in a shallow bowl. On another plate, combine panko with 1 teaspoon Tajin.

  3. Season avocado wedges with ¼ teaspoon of seasoning salt.  Dip each piece first in egg, and then in panko.

  4. Spray both sides with oil then transfer to the air fryer and cook 7 to 8 minutes turning halfway. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
