- 2lbsskirt steak,thinly sliced
- 1cupsnow peas
- 2tbspoil
- ½cupcold water
- 2tbspcorn starch
- â…“cupsoy sauce,low sodium
- 2tspsesame oil
- 6tbsphoney
- 2tspgarlic,minced
- 2tbspketchup
- 1tbsprice vinegar
- sesame seeds,for topping
- green onions,chopped, for topping
Instructions

Whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ketchup, and vinegar.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the water and corn starch.

Drizzle a large pan or skillet with oil. Add beef and snow peas and sauté for 8 to 10 minutes until the beef is just cooked through.

Add the sauce, bring to a boil, and stir in corn starch mixture until thickened.
