Ingredients

  • 2lbsskirt steak,thinly sliced
  • 1cupsnow peas
  • 2tbspoil
  • ½cupcold water
  • 2tbspcorn starch
  • â…“cupsoy sauce,low sodium
  • 2tspsesame oil
  • 6tbsphoney
  • 2tspgarlic,minced
  • 2tbspketchup
  • 1tbsprice vinegar
  • sesame seeds,for topping
  • green onions,chopped, for topping

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ketchup, and vinegar.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the water and corn starch.

  3. Drizzle a large pan or skillet with oil. Add beef and snow peas and sauté for 8 to 10 minutes until the beef is just cooked through.

  4. Add the sauce, bring to a boil, and stir in corn starch mixture until thickened.

  5. Serve over steamed rice and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, and enjoy!
