How To Make InstantPot Pulled Pork

In just 5 minutes, you can now have this pulled pork recipe that is rich in flavor and has very tender meat. It’s perfect for sandwiches and sliders.

Ingredients

  • 4lbspork shoulder roast,boneless
  • 1canroot beer
  • 2clovesgarlic,minced
  • 1cupBBQ Sauce,or to taste
  • 3tbsppork rub

Instructions

  1. Cut pork into large cubes, about 4-inch each, and season with pork rub.

  2. Turn Instant Pot onto sear and add 2 tablespoons oil. Brown pork in batches until browned.

  3. Add ½ cup water to the bottom of the Instant Pot and be sure to scrape all of the brown bits off. Add garlic and root beer.

  4. Add pork and cook on high pressure for 45 minutes. Natural release for 15 minutes.

  5. Remove the pork from the Instant Pot and using two forks, shred the meat. Add ¼ cup juices from the InstantPot. Stir in BBQ sauce.

  6. Serve on toasted rolls with coleslaw.
