  • 4 frozen pork chops
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Pour chicken broth into the Instant Pot.

  2. Place frozen pork chops into the Instant Pot.

  3. Drizzle olive oil over the pork chops.

  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme over the pork chops.

  5. Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to sealing.

  6. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.

  7. Once the cooking time is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.

  8. Carefully remove the pork chops from the Instant Pot.

  9. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
