Ingredients

  • 1 frozen turkey breast (about 3 lbs)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the trivet in the Instant Pot and pour in the chicken broth.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the dried thyme, dried sage, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the frozen turkey breast.

  4. Place the turkey breast on top of the trivet in the Instant Pot.

  5. Close the lid, turn the valve to sealing, and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 60 minutes.

  6. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the Instant Pot to natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.

  7. Carefully remove the turkey breast from the Instant Pot and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  8. Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
