How To Make Instant Pot Chicken Broth
Boil your own chicken broth to use for a number of delectable soups and dishes! It’s all cooked up in the instant pot for a no-fuss broth.

Ingredients
- chicken carcass,or turkey, leftover
- 1large onion,quartered
- 2carrots
- 2celery ribs
- 2bay leaves
- 2tspblack peppercorns
- 3fresh herb sprigs,including parsley, rosemary, thyme and/or sage
- water
Instructions

Break the carcass to fit into the instant pot.

Add the onion, carrots, celery, bay leaves, black peppercorns, herb sprigs into the pot.

Fill the pot to the maximum line with water.

Seal the Instant Pot, then select high pressure for 90 minutes.

Allow the Instant Pot to naturally release the pressure for 30 minutes.

Strain the broth through a cheesecloth lined colander, then cool and skim any fat.

Serve, and enjoy!
