This grilled bratwursts recipe is a staple throughout the summer months. This recipe soaks the brats in a beer mixture, making them incredibly juicy and flavorful.
Grilled Beer-Soaked Bratwursts Recipe
- 2 can beer
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 10 hot dog buns or rolls, toasted
- 10 bratwursts
Preheat grill for indirect cooking over medium-high heat.
Mix beer, sugar and pepper in a foil pan centered on grate. Brush brats with oil and grill over coals on either side of foil pan until nicely browned, turning once.
Place brats in the beer mixture, cover pan with foil and continue cooking for 20 to 30 minutes longer. Serve brats on buns with your favorite condiments.
