How To Make Whipped Feta Spread

Rich and cheesy, this whipped feta spread combines the distinct flavors of cream cheese and feta cheese with herbs and lemon juice for an elegant spread.

  • 1cupfeta cheese,crumbled
  • 1cupcream cheese
  • 2tbspfresh parsley,minced
  • 1tbsplemon juice,freshly squeezed
  • 1tspfresh marjoram,minced
  • ½tspfresh thyme,minced
  • ½tspgarlic,minced
  • freshly ground black pepper,to taste


  1. Combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, parsley, lemon juice, marjoram, thyme, garlic, and pepper in a food processor.

  2. Process until well mixed. The spread will have a grainy look.

  3. Serve with thinly sliced baguette and enjoy.
