Ingredients

  • 2 cups lingonberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Rinse the lingonberries under cold water and remove any stems or leaves.

  2. Place the berries in a medium saucepan and add the sugar, water, and lemon juice.

  3. Stir well to combine and bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.

  4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the berries have broken down and the mixture has thickened.

  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  6. Transfer the jam to clean jars, seal tightly, and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
