  • 2 large marrow, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the diced marrow, sugar, lemon juice, and grated ginger.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the marrow has softened and the mixture has thickened, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.

  4. Seal the jars and let the jam cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
