How To Make Smoked Salmon Spread
Whether you find yourself with excess salmon, or you just love a good seafood spread, here’s a way to enjoy smoked salmon so they don’t go to waste.

Ingredients
- 8ozcream cheese,at room temperature, microwave it for 1 minute and you won’t need a mixer
- ½cupsour cream
- 1tbsplemon juice,freshly squeezed
- 1tbspfresh dill,minced
- ½tspkosher salt
- ¼tspfreshly ground black pepper
- ¼lbSmoked Salmon,minced
Instructions

Cream the cheese in an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until just smooth.

Add the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper, and mix.

Add the smoked salmon and mix well.

Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour and serve with crudites and/or crackers.
