Ingredients

  • cuptomatoes,sun-dried
  • 1garlic clove
  • ½tspred pepper,crushed
  • ½tspparsley,dried
  • ½tspbasil,dried
  • ¼tspchili powder
  • 1dashsalt
  • 1dashpepper
  • 8ozcream cheese,softened, 1 package
  • ozclams,minced, drained, 1 can

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the sun-dried tomatoes and garlic until smooth.

  2. Blend in the red pepper, parsley, basil, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Spoon in the cream cheese and clams then continue to blend until smooth.

  3. Transfer the spread to a serving bowl and chill until ready to serve.
