We use leftover ripe peaches mixed with some earthy and nutty spices to make this delicious peach butter recipe.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups ripe peaches, chopped peeled
  • 2 cups sugar
  • cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 pinch ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Place in roasting pan.
  2. Cover and cook.
  3. Stirring once or twice, during cooking.
  4. Sugar Free Substitution: You can use sweetener instead of sugar to make sugar free.
