How To Make Hot Almond Spread

Make this hot almond spread in just half an hour! You’ll need some nuts and a luscious combination of Swiss and cream cheeses.

  • 8ozcream cheesesoftened
  • cupmayonnaise
  • 3green onionschopped
  • 1pinchground black pepper
  • 1pinchground nutmeg
  • 8ozSwiss Cheeseshredded
  • ¼cupalmondssliced


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, onions, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in the Swiss cheese.

  3. Transfer to a small ovenproof glass bowl. Sprinkle ½ of the almonds on top.

  4. Bake for 7 minutes. Stir, and bake for an additional 8 minutes. Sprinkle remaining almonds on top, and serve.
