How To Make Reduced-Allergen Charoset

This Reduced-Allergen Charoset recipe is perfect for Passover Seder. Mangoes and pistachios make for delightful substitutes to apples and walnuts.

Ingredients

  • 2ripe mangoes,peeled, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1cuppistachios,shelled and crushed
  • cupred wine
  • tsphoney
  • ½tspground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine mangoes and pistachios in a food processor; pulse until coarse paste forms.

  2. Mix red wine, honey, and cinnamon into the mango-pistachio paste until evenly combined.
