  • cupshoney roasted peanuts
  • ½cupraisins
  • 1tspground cinnamon,heaping


  1. In a high-quality food processor, pulse the peanuts until the nuts go from coarsely chopped to finely ground. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed.

  2. Keep pulsing until the peanuts resemble a thick and relatively smooth peanut butter. This will take 2 straight minutes of processing.

  3. Add the raisins and cinnamon, then pulse gently a few times until mixed.

  4. Taste the peanut butter. Adjust ingredients to taste.

  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
