
How To Make Chia Seed with Berries Jam
Enjoy a sweet and tart spread over pastries with this jam recipe! It’s made with chia seeds, four berries, and sweetened with honey for a tastier jam.

- ¼cupchia seeds
- ½cupwater
- 2cupsfrozen raspberries
- ½cupfrozen blackberries
- ½cupfrozen blueberries
- 2frozen strawberries,or more to taste
- â…“cuphoney,or more to taste
Instructions

Soak the chia seeds in water for 5 minutes until the mixture has a jelly-like texture.

Heat the raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat for 15 minutes until the berries are soft. Lightly crush the berries with a fork or masher.

Stir the chia seed mixture into the berry mixture. Remove from heat, then let cool for at least 10 minutes.
