No-bake needed, these peanut butter crisps only need 4 ingredients to make. Rice cereals can also be replaced with granola for a healthier option.

Ingredients

  • ½cuppacked brown sugar
  • ½cuppeanut butter
  • ¼cupevaporated milk
  • cupscrispy rice cereal

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, stir together brown sugar, peanut butter, and evaporated milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly until brown sugar is dissolved and peanut butter is melted.

  2. Remove from heat. Stir in crisp rice cereal. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto waxed paper or foil. Cool until firm.
