- 4 large plums, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced plums, blackberries, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and ginger. Stir well until the fruit is coated in the spices and sugar.

Transfer the fruit mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

In a separate bowl, prepare the crumble topping by mixing the flour, rolled oats, and brown sugar together.
