  • 1/2 cup of almond butter
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup of chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, dried cranberries, chopped almonds, and chocolate chips.

  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed and the mixture sticks together.

  3. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into the dish, making sure it is evenly spread and compact.

  4. Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the bars to set.

  5. Once set, remove the dish from the refrigerator and cut the mixture into bars.

  6. Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
