How To Make Cranberry Apple Crisp

A perfect fall dessert, this delicious cranberry apple crisp is loaded with juicy cranberries, tart apples, and topped with a crispy buttery oat topping.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4Granny Smith apples,peeled, cored, sliced
  • 1cupfresh cranberries,or frozen, thawed
  • cupgranulated sugar
  • ½tspground cinnamon

For Topping:

  • 6tbspall-purpose flour
  • ¾cupbrown sugar,packed
  • ¾cuprolled oats
  • ½cuppecans,chopped
  • 6tbspbutter,cold

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix the flour, brown sugar, oats, and pecans together. Add butter and mix with a fork until well combined and crumbly.

  3. Toss the sliced apples and cranberries with the granulated sugar and cinnamon and place in a 2-quart baking dish. Top with the crisp topping.

  4. Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until the topping is a golden brown and the cranberries are bubbly.

  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
