How To Make Cinnamon Tortilla Crisps

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 8 flour tortillas, 8-inch
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon, set aside.
  2. Brush tortillas with melted butter.
  3. Cut each into 8 wedges.
  4. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet.
  5. Lightly sprinkle cinnamon mixture over.
  6. Bake in preheated 400ºF oven for 4-6 minutes.
  7. Can be made ahead and kept in air tight container.
