How To Make Blueberry Peach Crisp

Summer just got sweeter with this recipe for blueberry peach crisp. The juicy fresh fruits and the crisp oat topping are the perfect pair.

Total: 55 minutes



For Filling:

  • 5yellow peaches,pitted and sliced
  • 1cupblueberries,(about 6oz)
  • ½lemon,zested and juiced
  • 2tspcornstarch
  • tbspagave nectar,or honey

For Topping:

  • 1cupquick oats,or rolled oats, uncooked
  • cupwhole wheat flour
  • ½cuplight brown sugar,not packed
  • ¾tspcinnamon
  • ¼cuphalf stick butter,melted


  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F degrees.

  2. Combine peaches, blueberries, agave nectar, lemon juice and zest in large bowl. Sprinkle with cornstarch. Toss until fruit is coated.

  3. Place fruit in an ungreased pie dish. Mix remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over fruit.

  4. Bake for about 40 minutes or until topping is golden brown and fruit is tender.

  5. Serve with a scoop of ice cream or frozen yogurt, if desired.
