How To Make Whole Grain Pasta Salad Recipe
A healthy, flavorful pasta salad with a mix of vegetables and whole grain pasta.

Ingredients
- 8 oz whole grain pasta
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Once done, drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, cucumber, olives, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add pasta to the bowl of vegetables and toss with the dressing.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
