Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine quinoa, steel cut oats, water, and almond milk.

  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Stir in maple syrup and cinnamon.

  4. Divide mixture into 4 bowls.

  5. Top each bowl with mixed berries, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut.
