Corned beef dips are inspired by the classic St. Patrick’s Day creamy and cheesy Reuben dip that’s perfect with crispy vegetables, chips, and crackers. Irish food is all about dairy, fresh veggies, and freshly baked bread. So we can say that both the Reuben Dip and our corned beef dip are Irish inspired. The Reuben Dip is similar to our corned beef dip, except that most of its recipes use Thousand Island dressing and cream cheese for the creamy base.  Our dip, on the other hand, uses sour cream and mayonnaise. Our corned beef dip is the perfect last-minute dip for your next gathering. You can totally make it with ingredients that can be easily found in your kitchen.

This creamy herb-filled dip paired with crispy vegetables, crusty bread, or crunchy chips will give you the perfect starter for your St. Patrick’s Day menu. It’s a new and delicious party food that everyone will enjoy. Make it for parties, game nights, and casual hangouts. It’s a fun and flavorful dip that goes perfectly with our Baked Spiral-Cut Potato Chips and Irish Soda Bread. You’ll love the creamy texture and sweet and tangy flavor of this dip that brings your meal to a whole other level!

Commonly Asked Questions

What do I serve with a corned beef dip?

This Parsley Corned Beef Dip is perfect for crispy fresh vegetables like carrot sticks, celery, bell peppers and cucumbers. You can also serve it with bagels, toasted baguette and assorted crackers. It also goes well with crunchy corn and potato chips.

Can I freeze my dip?

Cream-based dips like our Parsley Corned Beef Dip are not recommended for freezing. Because creams are temperature-sensitive, freezing can mess up the flavors and thick consistency of cream-based dips. So instead of freezing, we suggest making it at most a week in advance, placing it in an airtight container and chilling it in the fridge until serving.
