  • vegetable oil
  1. Mix the beef with the onions, buttermilk, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce and season with pepper.
  2. Then, shape the mixture into two patties, either using a burger press or by hand.
  3. Heat a pan and lightly brush the patties with vegetable oil.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes on each side, then remove them from the pan.
  5. Rest the patties for a minute or two.
  6. Place it between some burger buns, top it with some tomatoes and lettuce if you want! Enjoy your burger!
