Ingredients

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 onion rings
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Toast hamburger buns in the oven for 5 minutes.

  2. In a mixing bowl, season ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. Divide the mixture into 4 patties. Flatten the patties to 1/2 inch thickness.

  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil.

  5. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side or until they are cooked through.

  6. In another skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

  7. On each hamburger bun bottom, place a patty, a slice of cheddar cheese, 2 slices of bacon, an onion ring, and a tablespoon of BBQ sauce.

  8. Cover with the hamburger bun top. Serve immediately.
