How To Make Seedy Granola Recipe

This healthy granola recipe is packed with nutritious seeds and nuts, perfect for breakfast or snack.

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Mix oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and cinnamon in a large bowl.

  3. In a small saucepan, combine honey and coconut oil over medium heat until oil is melted and mixture is smooth.

  4. Pour honey mixture over seed mixture and stir to combine.

  5. Spread mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.

  7. Let cool before serving.
