How To Make Flax Seed and Vegetable Stir-Fry

A healthy and flavorful stir-fry made with crunchy veggies and protein-rich flax seeds.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok on high heat.

  2. Add onion, garlic, and ginger and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas and cook for 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender.

  4. Add soy sauce, flax seeds, salt, and pepper and stir well for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Serve hot with rice or quinoa.
