  • 1cupstrawberries,sliced
  • ½cupblackberries
  • ½cupblueberries
  • ½cupkiwis
  • ½cupmangoes,sliced and cubed
  • 1tbsphoney
  • 3tbsplime juice
  • 1tbsppoppy seeds
  • fresh mint,chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut and prepare the fruit and put into a large mixing bowl.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk the honey, lime juice and poppy seeds.

  3. Drizzle the honey lime poppy seed glaze over the fruit and gently toss. Top with chopped mint, if desired.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
