How To Make Poppy Seed Chicken
Sink your teeth into this buttery poppy seed chicken, made crunchy with crackers and creamy with sour cream and condensed cream, for a savory meal!

Ingredients
- 6chicken breast,halves, skinless, boneless, diced
- 10.75ozcondensed cream of chicken soup,(1 can)
- 8ozsour cream,(1 container)
- 2tbspdry sherry
- salt and pepper,to taste
- 8ozbuttery round crackers,crushed
- 1½tbsppoppy seeds
- ½cupbutter,melted
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Place the diced chicken breasts on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray.

In a bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, and sherry. Pour or spoon the mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.

Mix the poppy seeds and crushed crackers, then sprinkle the mixture over the chicken, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the melted butter or margarine over the cracker-poppy seed layer.

Bake covered in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes, taking the cover off for the last 5 minutes.
