How To Make Seed and Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Recipe
Tender chicken breasts are filled with creamy goat cheese and crunchy seed mix.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1/4 cup seed mix (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Make a pocket in each chicken breast by cutting a small slit in the center, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Mix goat cheese and seed mix in a bowl.

Stuff each chicken breast with 1/4 of the goat cheese mixture.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear chicken breasts until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
