Ingredients
- 2 cups apple chunks, fresh, peeled
- 6 cups banana chunks, fresh
- 2 cups yogurt, thick or frozen
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
For Garnish:
- banana chunks
- red apple slivers
Instructions
- Place apples, bananas, yogurt, milk and chia seeds in a blender.
- Puree for 2 minutes, or until smooth and well blended.
- Pour into glasses garnished with red apple slivers and banana chunks and serve immediately.
