  • 2 cups apple chunks, fresh, peeled
  • 6 cups banana chunks, fresh
  • 2 cups yogurt, thick or frozen
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

For Garnish:

  • banana chunks
  • red apple slivers

Instructions

  1. Place apples, bananas, yogurt, milk and chia seeds in a blender.
  2. Puree for 2 minutes, or until smooth and well blended.
  3. Pour into glasses garnished with red apple slivers and banana chunks and serve immediately.
