How To Make Seed Crackers Recipe
These crispy seed crackers are perfect for snacking and packed with healthy ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a bowl, mix all the seeds, salt, olive oil and water together.

Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Use a spatula to press the mixture down until it’s about 1/4 inch thick.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crackers are golden brown.

Let cool and break into pieces.
