How To Make Seed Crackers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix all the seeds, salt, olive oil and water together.

  3. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.

  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Use a spatula to press the mixture down until it’s about 1/4 inch thick.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crackers are golden brown.

  7. Let cool and break into pieces.
