How To Make Seed Crusted Avocado Fries Recipe

Crunchy on the outside, creamy inside- these avocado fries are perfect as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, pitted and sliced into wedges
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of mixed seeds (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower)
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together bread crumbs, mixed seeds, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Dip each avocado wedge in beaten eggs and coat with bread crumb mixture.

  4. Place the coated avocado wedges on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce.
