Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until fragrant.

  3. Add in the bell peppers, broccoli, and zucchini, stir-frying constantly for about 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender.

  4. Add in sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, and cook until toasted and crispy.

  5. Season with soy sauce and salt to taste.

  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
