How To Make Seed and Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
A delicious and healthy stir-fry packed with crunchy veggies and nutritious seeds.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add in the bell peppers, broccoli, and zucchini, stir-frying constantly for about 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender.

Add in sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, and cook until toasted and crispy.

Season with soy sauce and salt to taste.
