  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Combine seeds, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. Rub salmon fillets with olive oil then coat with seed mixture.

  4. Place fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked through.
