How To Make Seed Crusted Tofu Recipe
This vegan and gluten-free dish has a crispy exterior and a tender interior, making it a healthy substitute for meat.

Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, sliced into 8 rectangles
- 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp of flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of gluten-free flour
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
Instructions

Mix the pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl.

Coat the tofu slices with flour.

Dip the flour-coated tofu into the seed mixture, pressing firmly to coat the tofu evenly on both sides.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Place the seed-coated tofu in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
