  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add almond milk, frozen berries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into glasses and serve.
