How To Make Hawaiian Pulled Pork with Pineapple Salsa Recipe
Tender pulled pork with a sweet and tangy pineapple salsa – a taste of Hawaii in every bite!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork shoulder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and rub mixture onto pork shoulder.

Pour pineapple juice over pork shoulder in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.

While pork is cooking, make the pineapple salsa by combining chopped pineapple, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.

About 30 minutes before serving, remove pork from slow cooker and use two forks to shred meat.

Serve pork with pineapple salsa on top.
