How To Make Kings Hawaiian Guava BBQ Ribs Recipe

Sweet and tangy guava BBQ sauce on succulent pork ribs.

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 cup of Kings Hawaiian BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup of guava jelly
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of pineapple juice
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp of ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 275°F.

  2. Season ribs with salt and pepper and place in a roasting pan.

  3. In a medium sized bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, guava jelly, soy sauce, pineapple juice, garlic, and ginger.

  4. Brush half of the sauce mixture over the ribs, making sure they are fully coated.

  5. Cover the roasting pan with foil and bake for 2-2.5 hours, or until the meat falls off the bone.

  6. Remove from the oven and brush more sauce over the ribs.

  7. Place back in the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce has caramelized.

  8. Let ribs rest for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
